The works comprised of the design and construction of seven new 3 bed terraced homes for Swindon Borough Council together with associated hard and soft landscaping, all necessary infrastructure and services. The project was constructed within a heavily built up residential area with access restrictions therefore good planning and organisation were key to the success of this build.

Internally the houses were finished to a high specification including fully fitted kitchens with all appliances, ensuite shower rooms and ground floor WC’s. Externally, the rear gardens are fenced with close board panels and turfed with patio areas and footpaths formed in flag paving. Block paved permeable parking areas with space for two vehicles per property are provided at the rear. To the front of the properties small garden walls and bow top fencing ensure these new homes are in keeping with their surroundings.
