Development of 6 bungalows for Wiltshire Council making use of existing tenanted farmland to provide assisted living housing for local villagers.
The concept was to provide more suitable accommodation for those who do not wish to leave the village but can’t manage in their existing houses.
Each dwelling has 2 bedrooms, lounge/kitchen, Wet Rooms. Heating is provided by gas boiler together with PV system.
Externally, the dwellings have rear gardens laid to patio and grass and are provided with SDB sheds. Communal parking is provided to the front of the development.
Ecological measures were taken to safe guard the local habitat by introduction of bird/bat boxes and log piles.
