This was a Design and Build Contract which also included car parking facilities and landscaping with a new residential estate in Old Sarum.
The units were constructed with a ground bearing substructure, steel frame, and a mix of single ply and tiled roofs. Glazed curtain walling together brick and render cavity walls with block work formed the envelope cladding. Mains services were provided together with a paved seating area and landscaping externally.
